The 'Wassail Bowl' was a 16th-century forerunner of the cocktail mixer, when the drink, probably mead, was seasoned with spices, which were contained in the knob of the cover.

Theo Fabergé's creation is made from 30% hand cut and hand-painted lead crystal and, naturally, contains a surprise element - lift the vermeil Imperial Crown to reveal an engine-turned champagne swizzle stick.

The Wassail Bowl is signed by Theo Fabergé and is exclusive, being one of only 125 pieces worldwide.
